The end of the year is always a time for a pause and a warm, honest look back: at what worked out and what we didn’t manage to do. It is about decisions — what we take with us into the new year and what we leave behind in the past. It is about festive hustle, when you don’t manage to do everything, but with special gratitude, you plan an evening in which you can sum everything up, exhale, and meet the new calendar year with hope.
We invite you on a journey through 2025, as it was for Muteki Group.
2025: a year of scaling, discoveries, and transformations
For Muteki Group, 2025 emerged as a defining year marked by international events, the opening of new representative offices, the launch of ambitious projects, and a substantial deepening of expertise across our core services. Our geographic footprint expanded, and our portfolio matured in both scope and depth.
We began delivering more services, in particular expanding our expertise in the military and robotics domains. At the same time, our strategic focus remained unchanged — artificial intelligence as the company’s core expertise. In addition to developing AI solutions from scratch, we added a new important direction — AI consulting, to help businesses make balanced and effective decisions.
2025 was also a year of active cooperation with the MENA region. We deliberately focused on projects from the Middle East, as the dynamics of this market and its focus on large-scale transformation of countries and businesses fully resonate with our vision of change through AI.
Geographic expansion: 10 offices
The Muteki Group map became even larger. In 2025, we became present in 10 countries, where you can personally meet the team, receive a consultation, and start a partnership.
In addition to offices in Estonia, Poland, the USA, Canada, Japan, the UAE, and Ukraine, Belgium, Portugal, and Bahrain joined.
We are growing — and so are the opportunities to meet in person. We value offline contact with an IT partner, although we always remain available online.
New representative offices are focused on AI projects, robotics, and mobile applications. We see this as a positive scenario for the development of AI and the transformation of existing services.
In 2025, our representative team joined Hicham Katrib, Alessandra Chirico, and Moatasem Marzouk. In particular, Alessandra remains closely engaged with Europe’s leading AI forums, monitoring regulatory developments and standards. This commitment reflects one of our core values: staying fully aligned with the latest shifts in the AI landscape and delivering highly relevant, forward-looking consulting to our clients.
Services and development directions
Modern reality dictates new challenges — and new services. In 2025, Muteki Group expanded its portfolio by adding robotics, military development, and security-related projects.
Part of our team continues to work in Ukraine — an environment where the most advanced military solutions are being tested today due to the war. Our expertise and access to specialists who are directly involved in such developments are a significant advantage for clients planning to invest in this direction. At the same time, we do our best to support initiatives that help bring this war to an end and achieve peace and victory for Ukrainians.
Another strategic milestone was the launch of AI consulting. Our approach is grounded in transparency: if a viable solution already exists on the market, building from scratch is not always the optimal path. Our consulting services help clients assess whether bespoke development is justified or whether existing solutions can deliver value more efficiently and economically.
Networking: international events of 2025
This year was extremely rich in events — almost every month and practically on every continent:

AI Week (Dubai, UAE)
ModernLog (Poznań, Poland)
Viva Technology (Paris, France)
AI Forum (Gdańsk, Poland)
We Are Developers (Berlin, Germany)
GITEX (Dubai, UAE)
AI Summit (Vancouver, Canada)
LeadWell (Gdańsk, Poland)
Web Summit (Lisbon, Portugal)
AI Summit 2025 (Brussels, Belgium)
Each gathering brought together decision-makers, visionaries, and industry leaders shaping the future of technology. We are grateful for every connection formed, every partnership initiated, and every idea sparked — and we carry this momentum with us into 2026.
Partner network
In 2025, we also began building a partner ecosystem extending beyond the traditional IT community. We recognized that software and mobile solutions often appear inaccessible to organizations outside the tech sector, despite their transformative potential.
The key message is simple: any business can be transformed — through a website, an application, or AI — depending on its specific needs.
We are grateful to everyone who joined this initiative and are open to new partnerships.
Market recognition
36th place in the Top AI Companies ranking on Clutch among 12,191 companies
Awards: Top Java Developers and Top React Native Developers in Bahrain
Social initiative — opening of a charitable foundation
We will remember 2025 for the launch of Fundacja Numer 1 dla Edukacji i Innowacji — a space of ideas and responsibility for the future. We believe that innovation should serve people, and education should be a force that changes society for the better. Our mission is to create opportunities for the sustainable development of education, culture, and health, as well as to protect the environment and human rights through modern, bold, and effective solutions.
We support social integration and inclusivity by building bridges between communities, generations, and cultures. Our initiatives aim to ensure that every person — regardless of origin, age, or circumstances — has access to knowledge, innovation, and a dignified life. Together, we are shaping a future in which development, solidarity, and innovation go hand in hand.
Summary
Throughout 2025, Muteki Group successfully delivered more than 10 projects across diverse industries, including fashion, logistics, and healthcare, while also developing internal systems for HR, sales, and marketing.
The breadth of these engagements enabled our teams to apply backend expertise and AI/ML solutions across a wide range of business contexts, contributing at every stage — from architectural design to full-scale production deployment.
We look back — with gratitude. And forward — with ideas and plans.
Despite the challenging times in the world, it is important to preserve the strength to create something new, change reality for the better, and hold on to family and values that become a quiet harbor. To have the courage to step outside the comfort zone — and a place you can always return to recover.
A new year means new chances.
We wish you optimism, fulfillment, and work that truly inspires.
Yours, Muteki Group
See you in 2026!
