MVP (3-month delivery)
Built a React Native mobile app that lets users photograph, digitize, and organize their wardrobe.
Integrated AI to recommend personalized outfits and identify missing pieces.
Delivered a seamless flow: Create My Wardrobe, Style My Look, and Complete the Look.

UDERZENIE

R&D phase validated technical feasibility and provided accurate MVP effort estimates.
In just 3 months, the MVP demonstrated the complete product cycle — from photo upload to AI-generated outfit recommendations.
Proved strong potential to reduce return rates and increase user engagement through deep personalization.
Established a scalable foundation for future features: retailer integrations, virtual try-ons, and advanced wardrobe tagging.
