The developed Proof of Concept successfully addressed the challenge of diverse medical documentation practices in various Japanese cities. It demonstrated the feasibility of automating the process of converting handwritten medical records into electronic formats, providing a perspective on a standardized and efficient approach for medical professionals. This lays the foundation for further development and implementation of a large-scale solution.
